The project has historically used the JavaDoc comments syntax, like so ...

/**
 * Title here
 *
 * Some description ...
 */
def hello(): Unit

However we should switch to the ScalaDoc style, now that IntelliJ IDEA supports it:

/** Title here
  *
  * Some description ...
  */
def hello(): Unit
