For some reason when I run the code this error comes up

Run CS:GO and go to your code editor and look at line 15, you will see a string 'Counter-Strike: Global Offensive'
Look at the name of the csgo window and copy the name.
Personally I just had to add ' - Direct3D 9' at the end of the string
You can also see the window name with the taskmanager as well
