Move default 7.1, 7.2 and 7.3 images from stretch to buster #93

That includes:

moving the post_push hook from stretch branches to buster branches.
update individual and master README.md files to show default tags in place.

There are the PRs:

Once all the above are merged and CI is happy 100%, this will be considered done.
