[Issue]: Samsung Dex (with TV by HDMI) and USB Gamepad

Describe the bug

Gamepad works in Dex desktop mode, and ask for rights for gamepad after entering to moonlight stream, but after agreement, gamepad dont work, and Android said that cant recognize usb device.

Steps to reproduce

After closing the moonlight, gamepad again working, and again connecting to moonlight stream makes gamepad disconnecting

Tekken 8, and i think will be any game
