Add Uncapped Bitrate Option to TvOS

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
High bitrates (over 150mbps) cannot be used on the TvOS app.

Describe the solution you'd like
As the apple TV is usually expected to be on a LAN, it would be great to be able to set a higher bitrate than 150mbps as in the desktop client.
