Add transactions tables for customer database. #1096

Create schemas of transactions for each chain.
2 options.

When we proccess events for customer we will generate second sql requests to database for upload from storage origianl transactions and put it to customer GCP SQL.
Separate worker which restore transactions for events.

it probably for that usecase must be inserted in 1 transaction for be accurate.
