[BUG] download file size is different when using Web K vs Desktop version

download file size is different when using desktop version

To Reproduce
download 2Gb file with Web K and Desktop. then compare them.

Expected behavior
same size.

Desktop (please complete the following information):

• Windows 11 x64
• Chrome
• Version 127.0.6533.89 (Official Build) (64-bit)

and

Desktop telegram 5.2.3 x64 windows.

I've just tested. Web A does not have such problem too.
Only Web K has.

files size downloaded with web a and telegram desktop: 2,097,152,000.
files size downloaded with web k: 2,096,889,856.
