Hej,

Currently it adds an empty before nested rules even if there is no properties.

Input:

.Btn {
  &:hover {
  }

  &:active {
  }
}

Current output:

.Btn {

  &:hover {
  }

  &:active {
  }
}

Expected:

.Btn {
  &:hover {
  }

  &:active {
  }
}
