Image lost on window resize

On window resize when i try to save an image as base64 it always gives me this "data:," instead of image base64, but the data is there.

Could you elaborate a bit more on the issue? I tried reproducing it using the basic example:

I resized the browser window and then pressed "Save as -> Base64." The string was successfully copied, with a string like this: data:image/png;base64,XXXXXXXXXXXXX.

It would be helpful if you could share more details.
