Steps to reproduce

Go to Settings -> Sign in
Log in with a valid account
Wait until the sync finishes and tap on the account name
Click on Bookmarks or History checkbox

Expected behavior

The checkbox should be marked/unmarked accordingly

Actual behavior

Nothing happens when tapping on the checkbox

Device information

Pixel 3, android 9
build from Wed 5/22 1.0.1921
