Reload current site, if focused, and if removed from Enhanced Tracking Protection exceptions

• Tap the shield icon, disable Enhanced Tracking Protection
• Tap Protection Settings
• Tap Exceptions
• Tap Turn on for all sites
• Tap back, back

Expected: Site reloaded, shield icon, Enhanced Tracking Protection enabled.

Actual: Site not reloaded, Enhanced Tracking Protection disabled.

I think we should reload the site, if the site is in an open tab, and in this case is focused to indicate that Enhanced Tracking Protection is re-enabled for the current site.
