"New folder" button in edit bookmark view is always visible

The “New folder” button in the “Save In” table when editing bookmarks is currently always visible, even when the table is collapsed. This button should only be visible when the table is expanded.

Prerequisite

• Have at least 1 bookmark

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to Menu > Bookmarks
2. Long press on a bookmark and select “Edit Bookmark”

Expected behavior
”New folder” button should be hidden

Actual behavior
”New folder” button is visible
