The last viewed bookmark folder should persist across app sessions (currently only persists across library sessions).

Dev note, I remember the current way of persisting the state across library session is by keeping the LibraryCoordinator and it’s related VC in memory. I am not sure if there’s another mechanism in place we could leverage to persist across app sessions, or if this should be done from scratch
