Merino client for all platfroms (from DISCO)

We (members of HNT team, platform teams, and DISCO) have agreed that the best way forward for a Merino client implementation is to have it built out in Application Services, so that all platforms get the same thing. For more information on this, please see this document. This ticket will be tracking that work, from the iOS perspective, at the moment. It may be required to create an epic for that effort, to break things down into manageable deliveries. The current difficulty with regards to that is that we haven’t settled on minimum requirements of what this client implementation looks like, what data platfroms should expect from it, and how, etc. A meeting has been scheduled for Jan 7, 2025 to flesh out those details. This ticket will be updated with the required information and appropriate links to other tickets afterwards.

Current (rough!) estimates from DISCO is that, depending on what the work is, this could likely find a slot on their roadmap for Q1 or Q2 2025.
