Pressing the “New folder” button in the “Save In” table of the edit bookmark view does not function at all when editing a bookmark via the app menu or toast notification

Steps to reproduce

  1. Go to a webpage
  2. Bookmark the webpage via the menu
  3. Edit the bookmark of the current webpage via the menu
  4. Press “New folder”

Expected behavior
The new folder form is presented

Actual behavior
Nothing happens
