Please.. Add a custom scheme back so we can access this app from a webpage! #187

This functionality was available from WebXR 1. But now it is impossible to access this application on IOS with javascript.

@robomex after i did some research, i found out that the webxr viewer uses "xrviewer" instead of "wxrv" as for url scheme, well the app opens after redirection but still don't load the url entered as a parameter.

anyway if anyone is still interested in WebXR viewer url scheme here it is "xrviewer://open-url/?url=https://.........."

just wanted to confirm that this works.

will test the installation prompt as soon as i get off this train.
edit: too bad, i assumed that ios had a list of protocol handlers it can query and prompt for installation of the app if it does not exist, this does not seem to be so.
