Please help to understand how to run load tests on Windows 7.

Here is a document that describes how to run tests but using the Linux console: http://loads.readthedocs.org/en/0.2/guide/

but I want to run tests under Windows 7

Unfortunately Loads is not compatible with Windows. If you are interested in Windows support though, patches would be welcome
