The previous enabled theme is only partially applied after clicking the “Revert All” button #994

[Affected versions]:

  • Firefox Nightly 94.0a1 (Build ID: 20210906214243)
  • Firefox Beta 93.0b1 (Build ID: 20210906164301)
  • Firefox Release 92.0 (Build ID: 20210903235534)

[Affected Platforms]:

  • Mac 11.5.2
  • Windows 10 x64
  • Ubuntu 20.04 x64

[Prerequisites]:

  • Have the latest Firefox Nightly browser installed.
  • Have enabled any theme except the Light one.
  • Have a Firefox profile with the Firefox Color addon installed.

[Steps to reproduce]:

  1. Open the Firefox browser with the profile from prerequisites.
  2. Click on the Firefox Color toolbar button.
  3. Click the “Preset themes” tab and select any of the displayed themes.
  4. Click on the “Revert All” button.
  5. Observe the header of the browser.

[Expected result]:

  • The Tab Strip and the Toolbar are correctly displayed with the default theme colors.

[Actual result]:

  • The Tab Strip and the Toolbar are displayed with the Light theme colors.

[Notes]:

  • This issue is no longer reproducible after restarting the browser.
  • Attached is a screen recording of the issue.
