With the exception of two or three near-CPG-related issues, GDrive contents can be cleared when no longer needed.

I think there are still quite some documents linked in discussions we had, which might be very nice to preserve. So I would say let's try to keep the folder around, as to at least not destroy the documents that are publicly available. What do you think?

@couci was there any decision made here? I would still suggest we keep the documents so that we do not break the links. If you agree, let's just close this issue.
