Goal:

Add note on reps repo and close the reps-tweets repo

Required:

  • Add note on reps repo (owner @plwt )
  • Add note and close reps-tweets repo (owner @MichaelKohler)

https://github.com/mozilla/reps-tweets/ was archived a long time ago, am I missing something?

Added a note to the README. Once the remaining 3 issues in this repo are taken care, we can archive it.
