Consider adding an indicator that Markdown is supported in the event comment section

Similar to the indicator displayed inside the "Create an Event" page (which points out that Markdown is supported) we could consider adding one for the comment section as well.

This way our users can be more aware that markdown is supported inside this sections as well.
