In PR #19045 we temporarily disabled ImageDecoder usage in Chrome because of several bugs. This issue tracks re-enabling ImageDecoder support once the fixes for those bugs, see https://github.com/mozilla/pdf.js/pull/19045/files#diff-082d6b37ad01db7ac97cc07c6ddb0dc52040484c5ef91b110b072f50144d9f39R184-R194, are part of the Chrome versions that we support.
