Hi,

This pdf doesn't load http://raceresults.nu/uitslagen/2012/Oschersleben/ATS%20Formel%203%20Cup%20-%2011-06-2012/ATS%20Formel%203%20cup%20-%20Free%20practice%201%20-%20laptimes.pdf

Displays a blank paper.

Using FF19.0 with windows 7 x64

I see this in the console:

[15:49:02.787] ReferenceError: reference to undefined property params.imageLayer @ resource://pdf.js/build/pdf.js:1603

It may have similar output, but the problem is unrelated.

If I resave the file with Adobe Acrobat, it loads perfectly fine. The stepper shows that we crash when trying to use the first (image) dependency while it is not ready yet. This is because the images are inlined in the content stream. We do not keep that into account, and neither does Preview by the way.

I have opened #4969 which resolves the infinite loop and makes the document render completely except for the images.
