This PDF doesn't even open for me...? It doesn't load at all. Windows 7 x64, Firefox 22, HWA on and pdf.js development version.

This file (or more likely the server) apparently doesn't play nice with range requests, since it loads if you disable them: http://noscript.net/abe/abe_rules.pdf#disableRange=true.

This must be a regression from #2719.

I think this is directly related to #1995. Ctrl + A should only select text inside the text layer and nothing else.
