[Android] Sharing an image to Send does not bring up the file

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open an image viewer e.g. Google Photos
2. Click the Share button and select Send.

Expected:

• The image to show up that will be ready for uploading.

Actual:

• Send opens up but shows no signs of having received a share intent.

Device Info:

• Android 9, Pixel 2
• Send version: 1.0, 10/07/19 (from Play Store)
