I haven't been able to sign in with my Firefox account for a few months. I click "Entrar" (Enter), enter my email, I enter my password at https://accounts.firefox.com/oauth/, and then: "Oops, ocorreu um erro!" (Oops, an error has occurred!). But it doesn't say which error was.
Debian 10.4
Firefox 77.0.1 (64-bits) (downloaded from Firefox's site)

Same issue. It occurs even after turning off advanced tracking protection, and in Safe Mode. Ironically, I can login just fine from Falkon (QtWebEngine-based). 🤔
In addition to fixing whatever issue this is, can users please also get a more informative error message, ideally one which also suggests steps they can take?
Debian Testing
Firefox 77.0.1 (32-bit) (also downloaded from mozilla.org)
I figured out it works adding send.firefox.com to the cookies' whitelist. But it's not quite a duplicate of #1429 , since the signing in malfunction when cookies are being autodeleted is not the only issue here.
The main issue is that I had to search and figure out by myself what exactly went wrong. The message should tell what went wrong, specially if not allowing sign in with cookies desabled is a dev's intent.
At least it could suggest a solution to whatever went wrong (instead of saying "Try Firefox Send...").
