A resolution was made for csswg-drafts/#10550.

[css-color-4] HTML needs an html-compatible, hex serialization of 8 bit/component sRGB colors

RESOLVED: CSS WG will work together with WhatWG to add an HTML-compatible, hex serialization of 8 bit/component color, for ease of referencing from HTML LS

To file a bug automatically for these resolutions, add the bug label to the issue.

If no bug is needed, the issue can be closed.
