A resolution was made for csswg-drafts/#5900.

[css-color] [css-ui-4] Authors should have access to accent-color value to use in their code

  • RESOLVED: AccentColor takes its value from accent-color, and AccentColorText takes its value from the appropriately contrasting foreground color for AccentColor; these resolve at computed value time

Discussion.

To file a bug automatically for these resolutions, add the bug label to the issue.
