In the first commit, I added two unit tests for Sections.

The second test, CanCreateUpdateAndDeleteSections fails with an error about the endpoint.
The second commit (head) includes the fix for this issue, and also updates the unit test, as a category ID is now required by the API. Both tests now pass.
