Offline Front-End for IceCube
This program, written in python 3, allows an end-user to download readable sections from certain parts of the IceCube Neutrino Observatory Website (https://icecube.wisc.edu/) to allow for offline access to the downloaded webpages.
The files are stored as .IceBit files, a play on words for "IceCube" and a computer "Bit".
The .IceBit files contain the raw HTML of the program, therefore in order to read the clearly, one must use the Program.
In order to use the program, run it through the terminal (be sure you are in the program's local path)
This program is intended (although all are welcome to use it) primarily for those with a lack of reliable internet, or just for those who have constricted internet bandwidth.
The program's low-resource demands also makes this program useful even for those with older devices.
System requirements are the minimum needed to run python 3, and the ability to connect to the internet.
Any Operating System (OS), including but not limited to Microsoft Windows, MacOS, any version of Linux (Debian, Arch, etc) or BSD (Free, Open, etc), and any device that has the ability to run python 3 should be able to run this program.
Other software required for this program to work is Python 3, found at https://www.python.org/downloads/ .
Make sure that Python 3 is in your PATH (it should be enabled by default in the installer).

17. Interpretation of Sections 15 and 16.
