Create Style Guide based on reporting #50

I'm looking for a way to automatically generate a style guide based on the configuration of linting tools like eslint, stylelint, htmlhint etc.

I would like a tab from the reports displaying the rules in a style guide format similar to https://google.github.io/styleguide/tsguide.html
