Describe problem

Move the MonitoredThread class from RealTime and all dependencies.

After moving the code UT must be added

List of tasks to be accomplished

  • Move the MonitoredThread class
  • Move all dependencies
  • Review the MonitoredThread class
  • Move or create UT for this class
