po4a have the the fix of issue #475 and now alternate language man pages are no longer installed , initially I though is not related with po4a , but turns out it builds well with po4a-0.69

It looks like --translate-only is broken.

To reproduce:

git clone https://github.com/Debian/apt
cd apt/doc/
po4a po4a.conf --translate-only de/apt.de.8.xml

v0.69 creates the document. master — doesn't...

PS: after fixing this also check that --srcdir and --destdir still work correctly too...

I guess I'll release tonight anyway, to release the gemtext module and integrate the doc reviews waiting to be integrated. We'll probably do another release soon after that.

srcdir and destdir are covered by our tests, so I'm rather confident. Shit can always happen, but at least we may detect it.

I'm looking at this bug now, stay tuned.

I already tested and with seems all is fixed , debhelper build more apt build.
