Color themes need improvement

The footer bar is actually good, as you've said there is not much you can do to change the design. The background I believe is better to use "#f9f9f9". The dark theme's colours actually a little bit too strong.

I personally use a printed or mobile version of the Quran if I am on the go. I would use this app to listen to the Quran (currently I use quran.com, but it is a little buggy).

Keep up the good work (it is very honourable thing to do) and if even one is benefiting from this app is a great achievement :)

When the new mushaf is implemented (see #30), use CSS image styling too create new themes maybe.
