Subfolders as multi-root #33

If project having structure:
root folder with .hg

subfolder with another .hg

and trying to flatten subrepositories as folders in workspace as

root repo
sub repo

extension is not detecting them as separate scm entities.

Confirmed on VSC 1.18.1, 1.19.0 (both on windows and linux).
Waiting impatiently for solution.
