I have multiple machines running Windows 10, both experienced this problem after installing the latest insider preview. I suspect Microsoft have broken something as I've noticed a few other bugs.

Looks like Microsoft has started adding more Unix terminal features to cmdhost: Windows 10 TH2 (v1511) Console Host Enhancements. Perhaps this is conflicting with some of the ConEmu/Clink magic?
