[Feature Request] Use "TAB/Shift-TAB" to jump to the next/previous link in vim "normal" mode #45

One of the nice features I've used in vimwiki is the tab key to jump (move the cursor) to the next link and shift-tab to jump the next previous link. I didn't realize how useful this feature was. I figured this plugin would be the natural location for this feature.
