Weather module not working for my area #357

Weather module fails to load for area NOXX0035. Works for other area codes. Can't find anything in logs. This is the URL that should be called: http://wxdata.weather.com/wxdata/weather/local/NOXX0035?cc=1&dayf=5&unit=m

This will be resolved when PR #389 is merged in.
