Enable being able to bulk update logs to use new EARFCNs #107

@ExperiencersInternational

I have over 3500 cells in my database file (I want to make this public but I don't know how to), but it would be helpful if there was a tool in the app which allowed you to bulk edit UARFCNs/EARFCNs in the case of a spectrum swap.

So far in 2024, Three are now using EARFCN 76 instead of 99 for band 1 4G on a site that wasn't 3G enabled, EE is occasionally using EARFCN 497 for B1 instead of 522 post 3G switchoff, O2 3G moved from UARFCN 2963 to 3025, Vodafone B8 4G moved from 3624 to 3500 etc. It would make it a lot easier if there was a tool in the app to change this data more easily, since editing my config file doesn't get my app to recognise the new EARFCN unless I actually run into it.

Here's a few examples:

Also whilst talking about bulk editing, is there any way you could manually add new entries without editing the NTM file? I've manually added new entries a few times lately and I've manually adjusted a few lately too (particularly on EE where some sites use 1815 for the secondary B3 carrier instead of 1761).

Manually editing PCIs would be nice at times too, Three seems to change PCIs frequently from my experience and my Pixel doesn't always record the most accurate data.

Thanks for continuing to develop a great app!
