For migration of a VM it should be possible to select from a pool of running hosts.

@suvajitsarkar openstack scheduler automatically chooses a target host.
It does not provide any means of specifying the target host.

live migrate do provide a option to migrate to a particular host. But live migrate is not working manually from the CLI. I think you have to configure live migration on openstack.
