An option in settings to exclude headlines or posts with specific words. I don't know if that's possible but if it works in search it is probably possible to filter those articles. One problem is that by searching a word it gives you articles with words like trumpet when searching for Trump, so that's a thing to keep in mind if you ever want to implement this.
