When I try to do Reverse Engineering by drag-n-drop a class to designer surface, it shows a "Stop" mouse cursor instead of the "Add" cursor. And it won't allow me to drop the class onto the designer surface.

This happens after Editor v.4.1.2. It was working with V4.0. Visual Studio version is 17.1.1
