Current behaviour
When .efmodel diagram is an active document window and after selecting menu View->Other Windows->Entity Model Explorer:

  1. Entity Model Explorer window is not activated if it was opened but not active
  2. Entity Model Explorer window is not get opened if it was previously closed

Workaround
If it was closed before: Window->Reset Window Layout or Window->Apply Window Layout-><Custom layout>

Versions
EF Visual Editor: 4.1.2.0
Visual Studio 2022: 17.1.3
