Effect of insertions on Eifenif4 #16

The most inserted genes are Sfi, and Drg.

These are, however, towards the end of those genes and do not change expression.

The insertion site is annotated as a promotor region. Eifenif4 comes directly after, are they serving as promoters for Eifenif4?
