[BUG]scp speed only 4.3MB/s, how can I enable AES-NI? #2032

Describe the bug

scp some file
100% 145MB 4.3MB/s 00:33
the same file in WSL2
100% 145MB 121.3MB/s 00:01

scp provide by MSYS2 too slow! This there any way enable AES-NI?

OS: Windows 10 Pro version 20H2 64bit]
