It appears that Respirocytes does not fire on the correct trigger. According to its rules text it should trigger the first time the runner goes to 0 cards each turn, but in practice it appears it fires on the first time after it is installed.

In order to test this I suspect you should be able to start at 0 cards, put two cards in hand (including respirocytes) and then install respirocytes. This should not cause respirocytes draw.

Probably slightly too late a comment, but this one didn't actually end up getting worked on, a related issue did. To fix this issue, we need to add a :grip-emptied event.
