As per the wiki page on minimal moderation, a reasonable minimum approach to moderation on jinteki.net is the implementation of permabans (coupled with the stronger identity provided by #5265).

Subtasks:

  • Build moderation screen with permaban function (with special attention to backend validation)
  • Prevent banned users from logging in, displaying appeals information
