What were you trying to do?

Open MU as a student user on our premises

What steps did you take to trigger the issue?

Open MU as a student user on our premises. I appreciate its not possible to test elsewhere

What did you expect to happen?

For it to open without issue

What actually happened?

Error log attached

It opens fine when ran as admin
