Docker build failing

I am trying to run the docker build and getting the following error

Any help would be appreciated.

I know this won't help your original request, but there are a few builds that seem quite complete already. For example, if you're trying to get CUDA support, quay.io/go-skynet/local-ai:v2.6.0-cublas-cuda12 is quite good. There's also a cuda11 option as well.

I need to build from source and I can't do that in or out of a docker container without errors
