LocalAI version:
v2.24.0, but also previous releases, unsure when it started

Environment, CPU architecture, OS, and Version:
Threadripper 2950x, 128gb memory, Radeon VII, gentoo docker host

Describe the bug
Trying to rebuild causes an error (attached)

To Reproduce
Clone repo (or git pull to latest commit), set branch to v2.24.0 tag, edit docker-compose.yml to match, set REBUILD=true DEBUG=true, docker compose up

Expected behavior
LocalAI builds and runs

Logs
go-error.txt (attached)

Additional context
LocalAI runs if REBUILD isn't set, but I want to rebuild sometimes 😅
